Precision Aviation Support

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Precision Aviation Support (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or our services.
1. Description of Services
Precision Aviation Support provides administrative aviation support services including coordination of vendor communications, quote management, order status follow-ups, expediting communications, travel coordination, and related administrative assistance.
Services may include:

Vendor quote coordination

Purchase order transmission

Order acknowledgements and status updates

Vendor communication and follow-up

Expediting communications for time-sensitive orders
-
Invoice forwarding and administrative tracking

Administrative coordination for aviation events and travel
Precision Aviation Support does not act as a purchaser, supplier, broker, distributor, or reseller of aircraft parts or services.
The Company operates strictly as an independent administrative coordination service.
2. Client Responsibility for Purchase Orders
Clients are solely responsible for:

Creating and approving purchase orders

Determining vendor selection
-
Confirming pricing and terms
-
Authorizing purchases
Precision Aviation Support may transmit purchase orders or related documentation exactly as provided by the client.
The Company does not:

Approve purchases
-
Modify purchase orders
-
Accept financial responsibility for purchases

Guarantee vendor performance
All purchase agreements exist solely between the client and the vendor.
3. No Aviation Maintenance or Regulatory Services
Precision Aviation Support does not provide aviation maintenance, engineering, airworthiness determinations, FAA-regulated services, or technical aircraft services.
Clients remain solely responsible for ensuring all activities comply with applicable aviation regulations, including those issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
4. Service Structure
Services are provided through monthly retainer agreements.
The retainer secures availability for administrative aviation support within the service scope associated with the selected service tier.
Services are performed remotely and primarily through electronic communication, including email and document coordination.
5. Billing and Payment
Precision Aviation Support operates on a monthly retainer billing structure.
Monthly retainers are billed through Stripe recurring billing and are due on the first (1st) day of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.
By subscribing to services, clients authorize Precision Aviation Support to charge the designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
If automatic billing cannot be successfully processed or if services are invoiced separately, payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date (Net 15).
Failure to remit payment within the required timeframe may result in temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Refund Policy
All service payments are non-refundable.
Precision Aviation Support does not provide refunds, prorated billing adjustments, service exchanges, or partial billing credits once a billing cycle has begun.
By purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy in accordance with applicable Texas law governing service agreements.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
Clients are responsible for:

Verifying purchase order details

Confirming vendor information
-
Reviewing quotes and pricing
-
Approving all purchasing decisions
Precision Aviation Support is not responsible for errors originating from client-provided documentation or vendor communications.
8. Vendor Relationships
Precision Aviation Support is not affiliated with, employed by, or controlled by any vendor or supplier.
Vendor relationships, pricing, and fulfillment obligations exist directly between the client and the vendor.
The Company is not responsible for:

Vendor pricing changes

Shipping delays
-
Product defects
-
Vendor contract disputes
-
Vendor service failures
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Precision Aviation Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.
This includes but is not limited to:

Vendor delays
-
Shipment issues
-
Aircraft downtime
-
Lost revenue
-
Operational disruptions
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Precision Aviation Support for services during the most recent billing cycle.
10. Service Availability
Precision Aviation Support will make reasonable efforts to perform services in a timely and professional manner.
However, service performance may depend on:

Vendor responsiveness

Client response times
-
External business factors
The Company does not guarantee vendor turnaround times or fulfillment timelines.
11. Suspension or Termination of Services
Precision Aviation Support reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payment is not received within the required payment terms

A client violates these Terms
-
Services are used for unlawful or unethical purposes
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice according to the service agreement terms. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, service descriptions, and materials provided by Precision Aviation Support remain the intellectual property of the Company.
These materials may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
13. Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which governs how personal and business information is collected, stored, and used.
Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor that maintains its own compliance and security standards.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Texas.
15. Modifications to Terms
Precision Aviation Support reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Client Authorization for Vendor Communications
By engaging Precision Aviation Support, the client authorizes the Company to communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers on the client’s behalf for administrative coordination purposes.
Such communications may include transmitting purchase orders, requesting status updates, forwarding documentation, and following up on shipments or acknowledgements.
Precision Aviation Support does not alter, approve, or authorize purchases and relies entirely on the accuracy of information provided by the client. The client remains solely responsible for all purchasing decisions, vendor agreements, and financial obligations related to any transaction.
17. Vendor Communication Disclaimer
Precision Aviation Support acts solely as an administrative liaison between the client and third-party vendors.
The Company does not control vendor operations and cannot guarantee vendor response times, inventory availability, pricing, delivery timelines, shipping conditions, or product performance.
Any commitments, representations, or contractual obligations regarding goods or services are made exclusively between the client and the vendor.
Precision Aviation Support shall not be held liable for vendor delays, fulfillment issues, product defects, shipment errors, or vendor-related disputes.
18. Expedited Requests and AOG Communications
Clients may request expedited vendor communications for urgent operational needs, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Precision Aviation Support will make reasonable efforts to prioritize such communications and request updates from vendors as quickly as possible. However, the Company does not control vendor response times, inventory availability, shipping carrier operations, or repair facility timelines.
Submission of an expedited request does not guarantee vendor response, part availability, or delivery within a specific timeframe.
19. Independent Contractor Relationship
Precision Aviation Support operates as an independent business entity and provides services as an independent contractor.
Nothing in these Terms or in the provision of services shall be interpreted to create any form of employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Precision Aviation Support and the client.
Precision Aviation Support is not an employee of the client and is not subject to the client’s internal employment policies, performance evaluations, or management structure.
The Company retains full control over how services are performed and the methods used to deliver those services, provided they remain consistent with the agreed service scope.
Clients acknowledge that Precision Aviation Support is responsible for its own business operations, taxes, insurance, and compliance obligations as an independent service provider.
