Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 5, 2026

Precision Aviation Support (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides aviation administrative support services to clients primarily located in the State of Texas. This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for our services and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

No Refunds
All payments made for services, retainers, subscriptions, service tiers, consultations, or administrative support are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable Texas or U.S. law. Once payment has been processed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Client decision to discontinue services

  • Partial use of services

  • Business closure or operational changes

  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to a documented failure to perform agreed services

No Exchanges
Service packages, retainers, and tier selections are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for alternate services once the billing cycle has begun, except where Texas law provides a mandatory right to rescind or modify an agreement.

No Prorates
We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or early termination. Services remain active through the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds may constitute a breach of this agreement. Precision Aviation Support reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds, fees, and any associated costs permitted under Texas law, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection costs, where applicable.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full and understands that it is intended to comply with applicable laws of the State of Texas. If any portion of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Texas law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
